All products sold through Şatafat are digital products and are delivered electronically.
No physical products are shipped.
Delivery Method
After successful payment, you will normally receive access to your purchased digital product immediately.
Depending on the store's delivery system, a download link may be displayed on the order confirmation page and may also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If you create or use an account during checkout, your purchased products may also be available through your account or order history where this functionality is provided.
Delivery Time
Digital products are normally delivered immediately after successful payment.

If you cannot find your download, please:

We will investigate the issue and provide reasonable assistance to restore access to your purchased product.
