Product License Terms

This Product License applies to all templates, icon sets, and other digital files purchased from Şatafat (a trading name of Hallederiz Labs LTD). By purchasing and/or downloading any product from our store, you agree to the license terms below.

1. License Type: Single Project Use

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product (template, icon set, or other digital file) in one (1) end project only — for example, one website, one application, or one deliverable.

If you wish to use the same product in a second project, a separate license must be purchased for each additional project. One purchase does not cover multiple, unrelated projects.

2. What You Can Do

  • Use the product in your own website, app, or design project (personal or commercial).
  • Modify, customize, and adapt the files as needed for your single licensed project.
  • If you are a freelancer or agency, use the product within one client project, provided that project is treated as your single licensed use.

3. What You Cannot Do

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away the original or modified source files, whether for free or for payment.
  • You may not upload the files (in original or edited form) to any marketplace, template store, stock site, or file-sharing platform.
  • You may not use the same purchased license across multiple separate projects, clients, or products. Each new project requires its own purchase.
  • You may not claim authorship of the original design or resell it as your own standalone digital product.

4. Delivered Product vs. Source Files

You may deliver the final built result (e.g. a finished website, application, or exported asset using the template/icons) to your own client. However, the underlying source files themselves (the template files, icon source files, or editable project files) must not be handed over, shared, or resold to your client or any third party as a standalone product.

5. Ownership

Hallederiz Labs LTD retains all intellectual property rights to the original templates and icon sets. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it under these terms — it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the design to you.

6. Multiple Uses / Extended Licenses

If you regularly need to use the same product across several projects, please contact us at comsatafat@gmail.com to discuss a multi-project or extended license option.

7. Enforcement

Any use of a purchased product outside the terms of this license (including resale, redistribution, or use across multiple unlicensed projects) is a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.
